WE USE CERTIFIED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Key Performance Indicators:
- Our Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) management system has been approved as meeting ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
- We use the ISO 14064 standard for the calculation of Green House Gas emissions. We also calculate our carbon footprint following ISO 14067 requirements.
- Ajinomoto Omnichem adheres to J-SOX. Effectively the law for Financial Instruments and Exchanges in Japan, it’s largely become an international standard for internal controls on financial reporting.
Actions:
- We are using tools based on Lean/Sigma principles to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all departments, at the level of the company, and of the individual.Â
- Data protection and information security may not be glamorous, but they’re incredibly important. We will be having our information security management system checked against the ISO 27001 standard.Â
- We also work with numerous company-wide management systems. We would like to attain tailored certifications that ensure they meet the expectations and requirements of our present and future customers.
